The official minimal image was fully updated and only `qemu-guest-agent` was added. No packages were removed. The final Debian 13.6 guest contains 323 packages, kernel `6.12.101+deb13-cloud-amd64`, cloud-init 25.1.4 and a fixed 1 GiB `/swap.img`.

Use the SHA-256 checksum above during registration. Do not copy transient CloudStack runtime details.

Fresh Base, Pro and Ultra instances passed boot, networking, initial root password, SSH-key isolation, hostname, 30/50/80 GiB root expansion, fixed swap, CloudStack datasource, AppArmor, repository access, zero failed systemd units and QEMU Guest Agent checks. Base also passed a reboot test.

## Lifecycle note

Debian 13 receives full Debian support until 2028-08-09 and Long Term Support until 2030-06-30.
